They are largely geared to those of us new to forest ways, but are also meant to reach out to the many experienced voices on the Shore – we know the wisdom that lies within our community is where our biggest learnings are found. We invite those voices especially to come and share stories and skills with us. Eastern Shore Forest Watch Association (ESFWA) has been working on educational and research projects related to the Acadian forest since 1998. The March workshop series is funded by the Education and Outreach Initiative at Department of Natural Resources. Admission is free to Forest Watch members or $5 at the door.
